Eat Clean

Working out and staying active can do so many wonderful things for our bodies and our health, but they won't get us very far without proper nutrition and food choices supporting those workouts!  After beginning Insanity I slowly started changing how I ate and being completely honest, it has made all the difference in the world!  Between Shakeology once a day and eating clean I have never been healthier, had less cravings or felt more satisfied with my meals!

Below are some of my favorite recipes as well as tips I've learned about how to best fuel our bodies for maximum health!  Believe me, there are more coming!
