Dream Team Retreat Weekend!

I've mentioned it before on the blog, but I thought I should do an entire post dedicated it - and what's this "it" that I'm talking about??  The Dream Team Retreat I went to this past weekend!  It was an absolutely incredible weekend - I feel beyond blessed to have been able to attend and am so glad I made the decision to take the leap of faith and go to a state halfway across the country and hang out with a group of women I'd never before met in person!!

Beachbody coaching

In case you're new around here, The Dream Team is an incredible group of Team Beachbody Independent coaches - the #2 team in the entire company!!  (And there's over 130,00 coaches - so that's a pretty darn high number!!!)  I first got involved with Beachbody when I saw a number on the scale I never wanted to see again - I joined a Challenge Group and soon thereafter became a Coach because I wanted to pay it forward.  I had transformed my own health, and life in the process. I knew that other people were looking for what I had been looking for and I wanted to be able to help them with their own journey!

Beachbody Coaching

I became a coach several months ago, and in that time I have hit major milestones - I have helped people lose weight, fall in love with the nutrition that Shakeology provides, regain their confidence and I have become an Emerald Coach.  The changes I have been able to help other people make in their lives has been the biggest blessing; I'm so glad I decided to join my coach on this journey and I can't wait to see where it takes me!  It's already taken me to Beachbody Summit in Las Vegas and Maryland for the retreat - I wonder what's next??

At the retreat there were 24 women from across the country who all have a passion for helping people achieve their goals - we want to change lives and we love the platform that Beachbody has given us!

Dream Big
On Friday night we all worked on creating our vision for the future - we worked on dream boards!  We all have a lot of dreams and it is always great to see them written down for all the world to see!                                                                                                          Saturday morning we had training from some of the top coaches in the entire organization - we got to learn from the best of the best and I can't wait to implement what they spoke about into my own challenge groups and business!  Then we did some team-building activities and got to know each other better!  We are 24 women from different backgrounds, with different personalities, experiences, beliefs and strengths but we can all learn from each other!!                                                                                                                                         The weekend passed much too quickly but I know that we will all be back together again soon - in Vegas for the next Beachbody Coach Summit!!!  We'll have new coaches, new energy and new successes to share and I can't hardly wait for it!!
Beachbody Coaching

Having a weekend to be with each other was an awesome experience.  I got to meet new friends and have people to bounce ideas off of.  We tried new recipes and laughed over new inside jokes!  We talked about our successes and also about times when we've failed (because everyone fails - but it's most important to just keep trying).  We shared our dreams, goals and fears and we pushed each other to reach higher than we have before because we believe in each other!

Do you want to be a part of the next Dream Team Retreat?  Are you passionate about health and fitness, or do you have health and fitness goals of your own?  Do you have a passion for helping people and do you enjoy the thrill that comes with helping them change their lives?  Could you use extra money?  If you answered yes to any of these questions then you could be a perfect fit for our team!!

Apply below and you could have one of the spots in my upcoming Coach Apprenticeship Program!

10 Weeks No Alcohol!!!

Here I am on another Monday afternoon checking in with my next week of no alcohol!  Today, though, I had to check out my Pinterest board with all my Year Without Alcohol posts on it to see what week I'm on!  Time flies, I suppose!  It's crazy for me to say that today I'm officially in the double digits!  10 weeks down, 42 to go!

Stop Drinking Alcohol

This week was, again, very easy!  Jake was working overnights and I've never been one to drink alone so the nights he was away made it very easy to not drink.  Then this weekend I went to a coaching retreat with my coach and 22 other coaches from the coaching team I am on, the Dream Team!  There was wine and alcohol available but I kept my water bottle close at hand and didn't really think twice about it!

If there is a group of people who won't pressure you into sacrificing your food & drink choices, it's a team of Beachbody coaches!!  Everyone has their own goals and dreams they are working towards and it is seriously their job to support people and help them reach their goals!  No one even blinked an eye when I didn't get a glass of wine or drink the champagne from the champagne toast - it was great!!

I missed out on a couple Halloween parties that might have made saying no a little bit more difficult (I am a BIG fan of Halloween parties - a huge fan!!!)  So even though I was bummed to miss the parties, I was glad to sail through another week without alcohol!

I'll be giving a full recap of the Dream Team Retreat weekend this week - but if you're interested in joining up with us today and don't want to wait for that post, I'd love to talk to you about all the opportunities that are available!  You can make a bit of spending money with it, you can replace your income completely or you can just save money on Beachbody programs and Shakeology!  Whatever you are looking for there is a spot on my team for you!

Email me today at for all the details - I can't wait to talk to you!!!

A Weekend Away!

I'll be totally honest - it's looking like the vacuuming might not get done tonight.  Sorry Jake, you're just going to have to live with it for the weekend.  (I'll be honest x2 - Jake does the vacuuming 95% of the time, so this isn't really too big of a deal)  :)  I've already finished my workout for the day, though, so I know that I have that major thing checked off the to-do list!

Why will I not get the vacuuming done?  Well because I am running around my house trying to get everything ready and organized for going to my Beachbody coaching team's retreat in Maine tomorrow!  A year ago I was a newlywed who had just moved to Le Sueur, hadn't yet started working at the bank and I was slowly gaining weight - flash forward to today and I have a job I love, new friends, I've lost 50 pounds and I'm a part of the #2 coaching team in all of Beachbody!

What a difference a year makes!! I never would have believed you if you told me I'd be doing all these new things, but I absolutely love it all and am grateful for the opportunities I have.

So tonight my to-do list is a mile long but I know I'll figure out a way to get it all done - and then the weekend away will be here!  I am going to be training with some of the top leaders in the entire organization - people who have not only rocked their own health and fitness journeys - not only helped other people improve their health - no they've done BOTH of those and ALSO mentored new coaches and helped them change their lives financially, too!

I cannot wait for today to be tomorrow so I can be on my way!

If you've ever thought about joining up with me for a challenge group or to be a coach, today would be the PERFECT time to get in touch - I'll be bursting at the seams with new ideas and things to share after this weekend and I'd love to be able to share them with you when I get back!  Email me at or fill in the contact bar below to apply for a spot in my upcoming challenge group or coach apprenticeship group!

I'll be checking in via instagram and Facebook so if you don't follow me on either of those, please do so!

My facebook is here and my Instagram name is Ashleykrek - I can't wait to share my weekend with you!

Cup Number Five!!!

I know that I've said it before and that I'm probably sounding like a broken record, but I seriously can't believe that it's already the end of October!!!!  (Okay, maybe it's not officially the end, but it's getting very close to it and I'm not ready for November to be here yet!!)

I love it that the air is crisper, the leaves are changing colors and it's become perfectly acceptable and comfortable to snuggle into jeans and sweatshirts, but winter is looming more and more everyday and I really don't think I'm ready for it!  Is anyone else with me on this one??

This month has been a whirlwind and it's only going to get busier as the month winds down.  Jake is constantly busy between work and harvest and I've been extremely busy myself!

The Beachbody Cup challenge is going on this month and I've been competing in it with my coach and mentor Melanie and three other coaches on the team!  It has been stressful, exciting, fun and has meant late hours, long nights and cramped fingers from all the typing I've been doing but it's been awesome!

This is a company-wide challenge that they put on a couple times a year to give coaches the chance to win awesome prizes and really push their business forward - and it's been incredible!  For the last Cup Challenge (and the first I was ever in!) my group placed 24th in the entire company (and there was over 2,000 teams competing!).  This month my team is currently holding 5th place - talk about awesome!!!

During the last Cup I was able to move my business forward in a big way - I became an emerald coach!  This means that I am not only changing my own life and health, I'm also impacting other people as well!  It is the first advancement you can make in being a Beachbody coach and it was a very exciting achievement for me.

Now this month I am working on becoming a diamond coach!  This is the third step.  You might have noticed that I didn't mention a 2nd step - that's because I am most likely going to be able to skip completely over that one - and what a great feeling THAT will be!!!

I haven't been able to do this by myself, though.  I am a part of the number 2 team in all of Beachbody, and I am working hard to create new leaders in the Beachbody family!  I love every second of being a coach and I am honored when friends, family and even strangers trust me to share in their journey - I work my tail off to make sure that they get the results they've only dreamt of!

But I can't do it by myself, of course.  I have been trained and mentored in how to be a good coach and I am continually learning from the best of the best - and they don't stop learning, either!  There are still spots in my November 4th coach apprenticeship group - I'm looking for people who are passionate about making a difference, who are driven to achieve more in life than what is expected and who are ready to chase their dreams as far as their dreams will go!!!

If you're interested in being a part of this amazing team, email me today at and we can work together to get you started!!!

Why is it winter and where has the year gone???

Can anyone believe that it's already nearing the end of October???  As I was walking to work this morning I saw the temperature on the sign outside the bank - it was 25 degrees!!!!  Seriously, that should be illegal - I am NOT a winter girl.  There are things I love about winter, but I think I'd love them just as much if it were 60 degrees outside :)

Around this time every year I start thinking about all the different things that are just on the horizon (and I'm sure a lot of you are with me on this!!)  There are holiday parties, Christmas gifts, new winter clothes to buy, holiday baking and the heat bill definitely goes up!!!!  It always seems like there is more money going out than coming in, and how many of us just think to ourselves "if I can just make it until I get my tax refund..."  We wait for the tax refund to find its way into our accounts and then we breathe a sigh of relief - whew!  We made it through the holidays and have a little bit of money left in our accounts!

This year I am looking at things a lot differently, though!  There will still be the holiday parties, gifts, winter clothes, baking and a heat bill, but instead of it breaking the bank I'm going to be able to cover it all - in cash!!!  No more credit cards and charge accounts for this family - and this is all because I found something I am truly passionate about!  I'm not donating plasma, taking a second, third and fourth job outside of the house and I haven't opened up an EBay business selling all my old stuff - I'm actually making money by helping people reach and exceed their goals!  It's like I'm making my OWN tax return and I've getting one every week!!!

I am a part of The Dream Team with Team Beachbody - we are the number 2 team in all of Beachbody - and that is because we are a group of people who truly LOVE what we're doing and love helping other people fall in love with their health, too - both their physical health AND financial health!!!  We are all motivated to be the BEST people, coaches, mentors and examples we can be - we provide support, motivation, encouragement and help to people who want to finally hit their health and fitness goals!

My job as a coach is to help people - that is seriously what it is all about!!

I am now looking for a few more people who relate to any of these things -

- A stay-at-home parent who wants to have some extra money coming in to help with the family bills
- A post-grad adult who sees their student loans, car payment and other bills stacking up and wants a way to get ride of them!!!
- A person who wants to pay for all their Christmas shopping without breaking the bank and without relying on credit cards for it!
- A stay-at-home parent who wants to get fit and set a healthy example for the family while saving money - and maybe even making some extra!!
- Someone who has a passion for health and fitness
- A person who wants to help people
- A person who has their own health & fitness goals and could use extra support and help in reaching these goals!

Do ANY of these sound like you???  Maybe just one of them do, or maybe several of them sound like they describe you perfectly - if even one of them do, you could be a PERFECT FIT for joining the Dream Team!!!  My job as your coach is to support, mentor, encourage and help you - your job is to be willing to TRY!!!

Beachbody has created an incredible network of coaches that help people get healthier, fitter and more confident everyday.  We are seriously changing lives and helping people improve their QUALITY of life!!!  I know this for a 100% fact, because it is with the help of my coach that I have lost over 50 pounds and become a happier, healthier, fitter, more confident, prouder and more engaged person.

I'm a better wife, friend, daughter, sister, employee and all-around person because I have learned what it feels to be proud, confident and happy in my own skin - and I've been blessed with the opportunity to help other people do this too!!!  And now I am committed to paying it forward and training more people in how The Dream Team has done it!!!

I am opening up a November 4th Coach Apprenticeship Program - and if you match with ANY of the above qualities, I want you to be a part of it!!!   This group will be done via a closed Facebook group and I will seriously walk you through the process of being a coach - what you do, how you do it and how you can SUCCEED!!!!  Together we can get you an extra income, a creative outlet, a way to help people and the chance at seriously transforming your life into whatever YOUR dream is!!!

I'm enrolling people in my apprenticeship program now, and spots are limited!  I will give my new coaches 1:1 coaching and mentoring on how to kick butt in this business!  You will be joining the #2 team in all of Team Beachbody as we strive to make America and the world a HEALTHIER place to live - and I truly believe that thatis an amazing example to set and legacy to leave!!  We are committed, passionate, joyful, excited and determined!

Do you want to be a part a team that is taking Beachboy by storm???  Join the Dream Team today!!!

9 weeks!!!

Hello world, here I am again!

I got home from work about a half hour ago and I think the couch is calling my name.  Normally I'd do my workout directly when I get home, but today I have a headache that just won't quit.  So I think my game plan is to take a mini-nap and then do my workout when I feel a bit better (I will feel better.  Very soon.  Eternal optimist here, folks!!!)

I wanted to get on and write a quick blog though since I have every Monday for the past nine weeks! Today marks nine weeks without any alcohol - and honestly, each week it gets a little bit easier.

I really don't miss it at all.  I had a girls' night on Saturday and we saw Escape Plan (because three women can choose to see a Stallone & Schwarzenegger movie and that's perfectly okay - even if everyone's confused by it!!!).  It was actually very good!  Funny, intense, suspenseful and interesting - definitely glad to have seen it!

After the movie we went to the bar.  I was originally planning on dropping them off and then heading home, but they convinced me to come in for just one Shirley Temple.  One turned into two, and two turned into waters, and 10:15 pm turned into 2:30 am - but it was fun!  I was there the whole night, not a drink of liquor and no real frustration with it, either.  I met new people, had fun with my friends and braved the Minnesota cold on the way back home (please, summer, come back!!!)

On Sunday when I got on Facebook I read about other peoples' hangovers and I was SO glad I didn't have to deal with that!  Plus, I don't think I would have made it until 230 had I just had one drink - I used to get so tired after one drink that I would have a second to wake me up, and then a third because the second tasted so good!  (Probably not the best decision, but that's what I did!)  It was great to hang out, have fun and not get tired or hungover - it's the best of both worlds!!!

Combat, Week One

Happy Sunday night!  I seriously have no idea where the time goes.  On my list of 25 things I wanted to get done this weekend, I maybe got around to 10 of them.  Maybe.  And it's not like I didn't try - I did!  Time just seems to FLY!  So here I am on another Sunday night getting ready for work in the morning - so sad!  I am grateful to have a job I enjoy that requires me to spend exactly $0.00 a year on gas to get there and with people that I've grown to call friends - so I'm blessed! But seriously, I wish I could have 4 day weekends every weekend.  That'd be great!

So today marks the first week of my Les Mills Combat schedule - I am absolutely loving this workout!  I thought I'd do a bit of a review in case people were looking for a new workout to try or just like to hear about what other people are doing!

Les Mills Combat is a mixed martial arts workout that's actually run by two trainers.  I really enjoy this part of it; it's a bit different and it keeps it interesting!  The workouts themselves are not only intense, they're FUN!  I love that their focused on either arms or legs - the core gets a workout, too, but it's because of the arm and leg exercises. I think that sometimes programs only focus on the core, which doesn't really help your arms or legs at all.  But Combat really pushes your attention to your extremities which makes them get ripped!  I swear my legs are now made of steel.  Same story with my arms & core, they just have a bit of padding still left on them ;)  But not for long!

Sundays are also the day of the week when I plan out my meals for the week - I haven't shared many of my meal plans here, but I thought I'd start because I know seeing other people's meal plans is really helpful for me, so chances are it is for other people, too!

Normally I would do an entire week, but on Friday I leave for Pennsylvania to hang out and have a weekend with a crew of other Beachbody coaches - it'll be a weekend of getting to know each other and brainstorming new and better ways to help people hit their goals!  I'm super pumped for it and am leaving my meal plan up in the air - and with this group of people getting together I feel totally confident that the meals will be healthy, clean and tasty!

Bloggers Get Fit!

Last January I stepped on the scale and was mortified when I saw 249 pounds as my weight.  I started that day working out with Insanity and later on joined up with a coach, eating clean, drinking Shakeology and having health and fitness truly develop into a passion.  I have since lost over 50 pounds and am honestly beyond thrilled with the changes I have made - and they've been much more than just my weight; I'm happier, more confident and more engaged and excited about life in general.

The other day I got thinking about what sharing my story has meant to me, and also what sharing my journey with others has done for me - it's been an incredible ride and I am beyond proud and excited about it!
So I'm writing this because I had an idea and I'm trying to find a couple people who might like to try it out with me!  I know that as bloggers we all put our lives out on display - the good the bad and the ugly!  I've been really open about my weightloss journey on my blog and it's been amazing to see the reaction I've had - a lot of people have written to me to congratulate me, cheer me on or even share their own weight loss and healthy living journey.

I feel like this is the time of the year when we all start to slack in the healthy living department - candy is filling the shelves, comfort foods are made and drinks are poured more frequently than normal because of all the upcoming holidays and the parties that go along with it.  So, I thought it could be a lot of fun and helpful to all of us if a group of bloggers got together to share their journey through healthy living.

I've been running monthly clean eating and fitness challenge groups on Facebook for the last several months, and it's been incredible to see people really take charge of their health and fitness and then pay it forward!  I've been playing with the idea of a Bloggers Get Fit group - it would be a challenge group, but a little bit different!  Instead of doing it through Facebook, I would send an email each morning - this would have an idea, a tip, a recipe, motivation or just something to think about that day.  Each would also have an optional blogging prompt - so if any of the bloggers are having a day where they can't think of something to post about, they could share a bit of their health journey with their readers!

I would of course share any posts done by bloggers on my own blog and Facebook - I really think together we could create a blogging community of healthy living and fitness - something that I know from experience a lot of people are drawn to but can be scared to really confront!  Everyone would be doing a Beachbody program as well as drinking Shakeology and really just focusing on going into the holidays being healthy and taking care of ourselves!  If any blogger would like to open up the invitation to their readers to join up with us, I'd love to have more people join up - the more the merrier and healthier, I suppose!

I'd love to hear what you think or if you'd be interested!  Email me at if you have questions or would like to join up!

2 Months In!!!

So here I am, officially 8 weeks into my year without alcohol!  And I'm happy to report that I made it! This last weekend had me running all over the place - which was awesome - but also had me craving a nice cold beer to relax!!

Friday night I saw Miss Saigon at the Ordway in St. Paul with my mom, sister and grandma.  They all enjoyed a couple glasses of wine before we left for the play, and though I was content with the green tea I was drinking I would have been okay with a glass of wine, too.   But I didn't do it - I knew my 2nd month was almost done and I wasn't going to give in that easily!

The rest of the weekend was fairly uneventful - even if it was busy!  Once I made it through Friday with no wine it was smooth sailing :)

Hitting month two has made me think about what I've missed most - even if it hasn't been too difficult to last these 2 months!

My number one thing I'm craving?  Champagne!  I have no idea why because honestly, I never drink champagne!  I don't think I've ever bought a bottle of it and I rarely have it unless I'm in a wedding - but it's the one thing I keep thinking about!  I think I know what my very first drink will be when the year is up!  :)

My second drink of choice at the moment?  Beer!  When I see someone pouring a beer I get a little bit nostalgic for the last beer that I had.  I don't want a beer in a bottle or a can; I want a beer poured out in a frosty mug while I'm sitting outside in gorgeous weather!  (Maybe it's more the weather and less the beer that I'm nostalgic for... haha!)

So those are my 2 cravings 2 months into my year without alcohol - I'm sure over time they will change a bit, but that's where they are now!

What do you think you'd miss the most if you gave up alcohol??

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - What's YOUR choice???

Call me crazy, but I've decided to give away $100 to one lucky person!  But in anticipation of EVERYONE wanting a free $100, I thought I should put some stipulations on it - so I've drawn up a list of the 5 choices everyone has for getting my $100!!!!

I would be absolutely, totally, 100% ECSTATIC for someone to win the $100 for any of the above reasons - but please not that items 1-4 must be completed in their entirety before the $100 will be paid out.  I think this is only fair.

Due to number 5 being a lifestyle change, I will pay the $100 while the process is on-going!

Will YOU be walking away with my $100???  How will you spend it??

Email me today at to learn how to be in the running!!!

7 weeks in!

This might be a bit of a cop-out post, but I really don't feel like I have much new to add!

This week was simple - easy - not a problem - a piece of cake - easy as pie - whatever you might want to say!
The weekdays are never too difficult, and surprisingly, the wedding I attended on Friday night was pretty darn easy, too.  I was driving which made it that much easier, and the crew I was with knew that I wouldn't be drinking.  This was Bob and Tasha's wedding - the same couple that I hosted the after-bar party for after their bachelor/bachelorette party, so I was used to not drinking around then!
I had questioned whether I'd really be in the mood to boogie without a drink in hand, but the second The Spice Girls started blasting I was pumped up and ALL OVER THAT!!  Because really, who doesn't love boogying to the good-ole' girls of Spice??  I even got Jake out on the dance floor with me for a little 'Build Me Up Buttercup' and you bet we were singing the entire time, too!!

Saturday morning I was SO grateful to have not had any drinks on Friday because I woke up early and felt great!  I visited my family at the campground for a while on Saturday and then came home to never-ending laundry, cleaning and dishes (I could've use the hangover excuse to get out of doing all that and I wouldn't have been too disappointed...haha).  No drinks, no hangover, and on Sunday I had everything done so I could do some fall decorating and get my meal plan and groceries done for the week - I love productive weeks!!

Next week will be 2 months without alcohol for me!!!  Should I celebrate with champagne?? (kidding, I promsie!)

$100 for you???

Yep, you read that right! I'm giving away $100!!!

$100 out of my own pocket could end up in YOUR pocket - and who doesn't like to get money - especially with the holidays right around the corner??

One of my favorite TV shows is going to start a new season this month and I am pumped! I remember when The Biggest Loser was on last year and I would watch it and be SO jealous of the people on the show because they had the 'opportunity' to lose weight - I thought I didn't!!! Then I started trying - and here I am, over 50 pounds lighter and I will watch the show this season being able to CELEBRATE my own victories as they celebrate theirs!!

I thought doing my next challenge group as a Biggest Loser-style group would be fun - but at the end of The Biggest Loser someone always ends up walking away with cold, hard cash - and so I'm putting $100 of my own money on the line!

Email me for more information at - LET'S DO THIS!!!!

Super Shout Out!!!

Today I am SO BEYOND excited to do this shout out!!!! I celebrated the wedding of two awesome people and friends last night, Bob and Tasha. I couldn't be MORE happy for them that they have found their true love - anyone who knows these two knows that they are kindred spirits and the perfect complement to each other!

A while back, Tasha shared this picture and wrote the accompanying text with my challenge group she was in at the time and gave me permission to share it - but we thought it would be best to wait until after the wedding so Bob didn't see her dress before the big day!!!

I am so incredibly proud of this girl - she has hit so many goals and she JUST KEEPS GOING!!! I can't even imagine what her and Bob's life will look like, but I know that she can do anything she sets her mind to and between the two of them it will be an awesome ride!

Tasha, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your journey - you are a true ROCK STAR and I'm so excited for and proud of you!!! Bob - you'd better be, too, but I think it goes without saying that you are!!

Do you have a wedding, vacation, family get together or reunion coming up? Do you want to look your best for that event? These are Tasha's results - what could yours be??? I have new challenge groups filling up with more rock stars this month - do you want in??? Fill out the form below and I will get in touch with you with more information!

Sweatpants Untying??

Haha I think we've all been there!

But how great would it feel to be able to just get rid of those darn sweatpants once and for all because we simply DON'T fit in them anymore??

Fall is here and this is the time when a lot of us want to LIVE in sweatpants & sweatshirts - but when we wear those comfy clothes its easier to not notice that we're gaining weight - until we try and put some jeans on again and they won't zip up anymore!!!

Do you want to buck that trend? Do you want to feel more comfortable in your jeans because you know how GREAT you look in them? Instead of a sweatshirt, would you rather be wearing a sweater that isn't over-sized to hide all your 'problem' spots?

Are you ready to show yourself, your family, your friends and the negative nellies in your life that you CAN do it, you CAN succeed and you CAN come out on top?

If you have been thinking about losing weight, wanting to tone up, trying to eat healthier and contemplating exercise, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!!

I'm starting a new online support and motivation group on October 14th! I'm looking for 5 more people who are ready to

commit to working out and being healthy throughout the fall

who want to knock their goals out of the park

who could use a bit of extra motivation

who want to learn more about eating clean and healthy but aren't sure where to start!

Does that sound like you?? If it does, I'm here to help!

If you want a bit more information before you commit to getting in touch with me, check out this video - it explains how the groups work!!

When you're ready to commit, let me know!!  I am here to help you hit EVERY goal you could dream of - just let me know you want to get started!  Use the contact box or write to me at

Because really, what do you have to lose besides extra weight, oversized clothes and that feeling of not being entirely comfortable in your body??
