I just figured it out - there are less than 150 days until 2014!!! I can't believe it! I have always been one of those people who make a New Year's Resolution about health and fitness - I'm going to lose weight, work out, eat better and everything that goes along with it. And I've NEVER stuck with it! This year will be different though! No resolution needed because I'm making the changes BEFORE the New Year even hits! So on January 1, 2014 I will be able to look in the mirror and know that I ALREADY changed my life!
